This accommodation is extremely cold. Even the heater did little to alleviate this. I suspect an extractor fan would help a bit but with very little natural sun light it made it very difficult to get the place warm

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest host who made us feel right at home. The unit was absolutely spotless, with every detail thought of and the view from the windows was JAW-DROPPING. The undercover storage for our vehicle was a huge plus. We would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

Beautiful setting. Greenacres was ideally set for the village. Rooms in the lodge were very spacious and kitchen was well equipped for cooking - Great for exploring local area
Lodge was a little cold as only a heat pump in main living space.

Relaxation
The outdoor seating needed to be handled carefully, cause the chair legs could fit down the gaps in the decking.

The view from the accommodation was absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful vistas of the surrounding landscape. The wood cabin-like interior added a cozy touch, while still being well-equipped. We loved the location, away from the main tourist center yet within easy walking distance to shops, spas, and mountain walks. The management was friendly and efficient, and we felt well taken care of during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

Peace and Quiet. Although we were given an upgrade, the location of the motel on the edge of Conical Hill overlookiing Hanmer Springs and the valley, is fantastic, easily the best in the area.. It is a short walk to the Thermal Springs and the centre, and with plenty of open space. No hesitation in recommending this motel.

The mountain views from the lounge room were absolutely breathtaking! The beds were super comfy and the gentleman who greeted us was incredibly friendly, offering lots of helpful local information. Despite the blackout in town, everyone remained calm and it didn't affect our amazing stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main street. The cabin was surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed. GREAT value for money compared to other places we've stayed. The Conical Hill walk nearby was perfect for our dog. The view of the town and mountains was so relaxing. The upgrade to the 2 bedroom unit was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was well equipped, and the long bath was jaw-dropping. The heating kept us cozy, and the large carport with clothesline was convenient. highly recommended for a family escape!

Great size chalets and nice views from the bedroom, lounge, and kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and we enjoyed the separate shower and bath in the bathroom.
The bed was quite old and uncomfortable, with the base sinking a lot when you sat on the edge. We also had some cleanliness issues, with old food stuck to the couch and under the cushions, cobwebs on the windows, and even a small piece of glass on the floor.
